Chris Radics was an excellent agent for us. He had great communication during the whole process and seemed to really have our best interest at heart. Chris was always available when we had a question, great with recommendations for service providers in the area for inspections, legal and contracting. His general knowledge of the area and the people was very comforting as well. We look forward to keep in touch with Chris even now that our house is purchased and we start the renovations.

Chris did a great job selling our home, even with some difficult contingencies! The listing was timely and very professional. He was always available to answer our questions. At one point, we thought the deal would fall through when we ran into some inspection issues, but Chris got creative and found a solution that satisfied everyone! Chris was so easy to work with. I was concerned listing a property for sale when I didn't live in the area and was not super familiar with it. But Chris went out of his way to help me understand the market and area. And he went above and beyond during the listing process to help me take care of the property and get it sold.

Purchasing a home in a rural area of Michigan is quite different from owning a home in Chicago. Chris knowledge and expertise of the area was outstanding . Any questions or any issues were resolved immediately . The process of buying a home can be a little overwhelming. With Chris's help I was more than pleased how smooth the whole process was from the initial viewing all the way to closing. He is highly recommended!

Chris was really great. He had information across the board. If he did not know, he would find out. He was always reachable and handled everything very timely and professionally.

We have bought and sold our home utilizing Chris as our realtor. He basically did the impossible in Dowagiac by getting our home sold in less than 6 months. Chris is always very responsive, considerate, and easy to communicate with. His photography skills shown through in a very accurate representation of our property, our listing was on par with anything you'd see in Ann Arbor, Grand Rapids, or any other metro area. Chris is very knowledgeable with the SWMI region and can point you in the right direction when it comes to neighborhoods. New Chris was honest and hard working. Chris was keeping in touch letting me know possible buyers were looking at the house and feed back from buyers. Times when I had questions, texted him pretty late at night and he texted me back. Never want to have to sell again but would look for Chris to sell or buy as my realtor.
